Would you like to know your property's energy efficiency and environmental impact rating?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) can help you with that. The rating is on a scale of A-G, and starting April 2020, all properties should have a rating of at least E. Once the assessment is complete, you will receive a certificate that is valid for ten years.
